About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Ductal, the Ductal Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and managing projects lead and promoting ultra-high performance concrete Ductal solutions to various stakeholders across USA.

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environmentand daily activities Technical Representative Develop expertise on Ductal products and applications Identify and manage project leads Actively seek and build strategic relationships based on professional interactions and technical skills with potential clients and stakeholders including DOTs, owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors and precasters Identify growth opportunities and translate them into sales opportunities Demonstrate a strong understanding of competing solutions and how we compare against these Build and maintain a network of individuals in the construction industry Support future markets/applications and entry into new geographical territory to establish a presence and customer base Participate in technical society functions and committees Specific Accountabilities Generate leads to achieve targeted volumes and EBITDA Grow the business Increase the quantity of leads / negotiated projects
Qualifications:
We're looking for:
Education:
Bachelor's/Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or business Minimum of 5 years related experience in the construction, sales and/or concrete related industry PE and MBA would be an asset Experience and Skill Set:
Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills Energetic, strong autonomy with sense of initiative Strong capability to manage simultaneously several projects and initiatives Capability to work in complex and changing environment Creative thinking with application of structural design concepts Basic knowledge of ASTM, ACI, building code and relevant technical standards Strong team player with a positive attitude Customer oriented Negotiation skills Excellent written and communication skills #HOLCIM1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
