About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Ductal, the Ductal Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and managing projects lead and promoting ultra-high performance concrete Ductal solutions to various stakeholders across USA.

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environmentand daily activitiesTechnical RepresentativeDevelop expertise on Ductal products and applicationsIdentify and manage project leadsActively seek and build strategic relationships based on professional interactions and technical skills with potential clients and stakeholders including DOTs, owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors and precastersIdentify growth opportunities and translate them into sales opportunitiesDemonstrate a strong understanding of competing solutions and how we compare against theseBuild and maintain a network of individuals in the construction industrySupport future markets/applications and entry into new geographical territory to establish a presence and customer baseParticipate in technical society functions and committeesSpecific AccountabilitiesGenerate leads to achieve targeted volumes and EBITDAGrow the businessIncrease the quantity of leads / negotiated projects
Qualifications:
We're looking for:
Education:
Bachelors/Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or businessMinimum of 5 years related experience in the construction, sales and/or concrete related industryPE and MBA would be an assetExperience and Skill Set:
Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skillsEnergetic, strong autonomy with sense of initiativeStrong capability to manage simultaneously several projects and initiativesCapability to work in complex and changing environmentCreative thinking with application of structural design conceptsBasic knowledge of ASTM, ACI, building code and relevant technical standardsStrong team player with a positive attitudeCustomer orientedNegotiation skillsExcellent written and communication skills#HOLCIM1by Jobble.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
