The Lourie Center Head Start, Adventist HealthCare, is hiring a full-time Family Support Worker.
We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on incentive to qualified candidates!We're seeking an experienced Family Support Worker who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As the Family Support Worker, you will:
oIdentify service needs of at-risk families working with caseworker.
oAssist families to obtain services by making referrals, providing transportation, and accompanying them to appointments.
oFacilitate educational classes like parenting skills, independent living skills, anger management, household management, behavior management, pregnancy/prenatal care etc.
oMonitor and manage children in absence of parents.
oProvide on-call support as required and scheduled.
oSupport Case Manager, Counselor and Social Worker in family assessment and provide case management services.
Qualifications Include:
oMinimum CDA in Child Care, Infant &Toddlers preferred AA in Early Childhood Education or related fieldoMinimum 2 years' experience working with families and young childrenoFamily Development Credential (FDC) requiredoHome visiting and/or Child Care experience preferredAt Adventist HealthCare our job is to care for you.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
