$16-$20 based on experience Employment type:
Part time SecureSoft Technologies LLC, a small Information Security company has a need for a junior to mid-level Administrative Assistant to perform clerical duties at office in Greenbelt Maryland.
The ideal candidate must have an elevated level of personal initiative and the ability to work independently.
This is a part time position requiring 20-30 hours a week.
Qualified personnel will be familiar with the following but not limited to:
- Using a computer to type and write reports and memos, review and edit documents and research assigned topics online - Filing documents, answering phones, operating office equipment such as fax machines and copiers, and delivering and answering mail correspondence.
- set appointments, and organize office as well as office events - support administrative needs of the office - Managing and maintaining the office.
- Keeping track of office supplies Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Word Processing packages such as Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Excel, Power point, etc) - Online research capabilities - Multitasking abilities - Effective Communication - Self initiator/comfortable in independent working environment - Some level of experience preferred Educational Requirements:
Associate's Degree and at least 2 years of work experience in a professional environment.
