Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patients in a professional and friendly manner Assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have about various products Explain the potential effects of cannabis based on terpene/cannabinoid profiles Register new patients and check in existing patients through our front desk process Properly trim and weigh out cannabis Perform sales transactions accurately in a timely manner Efficiently set up cannabis products before opening and pack up at closing Maintain a clean and organized workplace Required skills:
Excellent attention to detail Outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Ability to problem solve and think critically Ability to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment Ability to sit and/or standing for extended periods of time Ability to learn new systems and adapt to change seamlessly All candidates that are hired must submit to a background check in order to apply for their dispensary agent badge through the MMCC.
All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
There is a 90-day probationary period once work has started.
