Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Soltesz is currently accepting resumes for the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant located in our Rockville, MD office.
Hours will be 8 am to 5 pm, Monday Friday.

The Receptionist will be responsible for the following duties:
Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department Greet and attend to Soltesz Clients/Visitors; determine nature of business and inform the appropriate personnel of the visitor Sort/distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the office Dispatch outgoing mail coordinate delivery and courier services Operate a range of office machines, such as copiers, computers, facsimiles, etc.
as needed Create and print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports and other documents when necessary Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as typing, filing, photocopying and collating Perform bi-weekly deliveries to local regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid drivers license Experience in a professional office environment preferred Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office software necessary Must be able to type a minimum of 60 wpm Good organizational skills PI226121737 Recommended Skills Administration Coordinating Expediting Filing Memos Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
