00 Salary Travel Percentage 15 - 20% Job Shift Day Job Category Nonprofit - Social Services Description The PC Program Manager will provide program oversight and supervision to LSSNCA's PC Team in MD.
The PC team provides intensive case management to vulnerable new arrivals to the United States.
The PC Program Manager leads the PC Team and coordinates with the relevant programs to ensure that eligible clients are enrolled in appropriate programs, program requirements are met and ensures quality assurance in service delivery.
The objective of the PC Program Manager is to lead and support the PC team and reports to the Director, Resettlement and Integration Programs regarding program goals and outcomes and its successful implementation.
Maintain current knowledge of all Refugee and Immigrant Services Program Ensure all core services mandated through the Department of State Cooperative Agreement are provided within allocated timeframes.
Responsible for the recruitment, orientation and supervision of Preferred Communities Team, Complete suitability determinations for vulnerable refugees, minors, asylees, and other ORR-eligible populations Provide case management to a small caseload.
Serve as point person and resettlement team representative for collaboration and correspondence with stakeholders including partner agencies, services providers, and donors Assist in the collection and analysis of program service data for reports.
Maintain accurate record of all services provided.
Work with Director, Resettlement and Integration Programs to produce and submit reports in a timely manner.
Coordinate services with other area agencies.
Meet weekly with PC team to discuss performance and goals.
Attend all conferences, seminars, and meetings related to program activities.
Coordinate client referrals with other program staff and participate in staff meetings and in-service Staff trainings Ensure quality controls through regular file reviews and case note check-ins.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study:
social work; human services, international studies, psychology, sociology, anthropology Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing direct services to refugees is required; a minimum of one (1) year of supervising staff in a refugee resettlement setting is preferred Experience managing a team of direct service providers is preferred Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Demonstrated proficiency in working with MS Office applications, with strong command of case management databases Reliable, professional, resourceful, team-oriented and sensitive to cultural differences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a multicultural environment Other Requirements:
Fluency in one or more of the following languages - Dari, Pashto, French, Spanish, Arabic, Nepalese, Burmese, or other Burmese languages.
