Position
Summary:
Swingtech Consulting is looking for a full time Contracts Manager.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of scheduling and cost control including trending, analysis, forecasting, change control, cash flow and reporting.
This position will be a part of the Finance and Accounting team reporting to the CFO.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Provides support on the full range of Federal Government contracting and procurement functions including formulation, solicitation, negotiation, modification, administration, and termination for high-dollar, long-term, highly visible and critical programs.
Directs and performs the full range of contract administration responsibilities including incremental funding, preparation of rate and cost adjustments, redirection of effort, coordination of time extensions, incorporation of change orders.
Use and improve existing enterprise tools, systems, and work processes to assist Project Management Practitioners in effective management control and reporting on cost, schedule and progress measurement for a low complexity project.
Develop project schedules, cost performance reports and risk registers in close collaboration with assigned Project Manager and other team members.
Work with Project Manager and team to develop project schedule, risk register and project budget baseline using standard templates and tools within prescribed parameters of assigned project Collect project performance data such as installed quantities, expended labor and other progress measurement data.
Track potential changes and ensure estimates of cost and schedule changes are given visibility with leadership.
Integrate of cost and schedule data to facilitate schedule and budget performance reporting.
Work with and assist Project Managers with maintenance and baseline reviews of project schedules in accordance with approved project parameters.
Assist with assessment of identified project risks to enable project team with applicable data for development of risk mitigation plans and contingencies.
Partners closely with business partners to assess new and ongoing projects to determine readiness for governance stage gates.
Monitors actuals and works with the project managers and leadership to review forecasting against budgets.
Manages Controls data via internal systems and tools Working knowledge project controls, schedule management, schedule reporting.
Strong financial skills including budget management and financial reporting) Ability to organize and analyze financial, risk and schedule performance data Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of organization.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS SharePoint Experience with Project Controls management relating to cost, scheduling, and estimating at a project level.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics with a 5
years' experience in contract negotiation, administration or management, contract cost estimating, and financial management of professional services contracts valued at $50M with multiple subcontractors.
Experience with budget creation, tracking financial commitments, modifications, and expenditures Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills as well as ability to negotiate Teaming Agreements Must be able to meet project objectives and timelines Strong problem-solving skills DCAA experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Veterans/Disabled Recommended Skills Accounting Administration Cash Management Consulting Contract Negotiation Cost Modelling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
