About Our Exciting Career OpportunityWe are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual with strong service, sales operational, and leadership skills to join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager.
The Branch Manager is responsible for utilizing our Vision, Mission and Core Values as a guide to create and maintain an enriching service and sales culture that promotes and sustains accountability, efficiencies, collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality member service.
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch and directly supervises a team that is passionate about providing the highest level of service to our members while building lasting relationships and meeting goals.
The chosen candidate will provide leadership to the branch team to ensure that team interactions with members in the areas of sales (new accounts, loans, mortgage referrals and add-on products and services) and service (account issues, routine account transactions, and account maintenance) are consistently executed within established policies and guidelines.
The Branch Manager also handles escalated and complex member issues and provides assistance to branch staff as needed.
The Branch Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing formal staff development plans in order to promote team member engagement and create promotional opportunities.
The Branch Manager serves as Brand Ambassador to promote the Credit Union in the educational community by facilitating financial literacy seminars and workshop and supports the Credit Union's membership and asset growth goals by participating in sales campaigns and community outreach events.
Required Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration or related area preferred.
Bachelor's degree a plus.
Minimum (5) years progressive financial institution experience required.
Three (3) years supervisory experience required.
Previous experience in branch operations and customer service required.
Must have two (2) years experience in outside sales and/ or business development.
Must have experience selling and or cross selling products or services.
Must be able to meet and/or exceed sales goals.
Must be committed to participate in community outreach and business development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess extensive knowledge of credit union products, services, policies/procedures and all federal and state rules and regulations.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Professional.
Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to:
fax, copier, telephone, postage machine etc.
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lb.
and transport boxes, brochures, etc.
from one location to another.
This is an onsite position.
Must be available to work on Saturday.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
