Position Description
Under the direction of the Functional Manager/Technical Monitor, process Grants and Cooperative Agreements and SBIR/STTRs as defined in NSSC approved processes, NASA policies and procedures and the NSSC SP Performance Work Statement.
Candidate should have experience with:
Grants and Cooperative Agreements
Contracts
NASA Systems: CMM/EHB/NBID/SAP
Candidates must possess extreme professionalism in their ability to work with federal employees and recipients of NASA Grants/Cooperative Agreements/SBIR/STTR Awards. Candidate must also possess high-quality organizational, communication and analytical abilities to record, track and follow-up on completion of required documentation for all NASA Awards.
Position Requirements
Bachelors degree required in Procurement, Management, Business, or related field.
Eight or more years of Professional Experience with concentration in Procurement related work.
Excellent analytic, desktop application, organizational and interpersonal skills, a must.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to work within time constraints.
Ability to research and incorporate related NASA policy; procedures and guidelines.
Ability to organize and work independently.
Knowledge of NASA Grants and Agreement Handbook.
Experience and knowledge of PC-based computers and software experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
