To help drive such advancements, Myth Software is assembling a team of seasoned data technologists. The existing Myth Software team has one thing in common - significant experience delivering data and software solutions from conception to production. Team members average 20
years of hands-on experience and have worked in commercial software startups, financial markets, advertising and marketing analytics firms, and federal agencies.
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing middle-tier & user-facing components of an enterprise data strategy solution
Designing and developing scalable services for
Providing datasets available to analysts and systems
Processing large datasets arriving hourly or more frequently
Developing modern middle-tier design patterns like parallel in-memory data grids, event driven architectures, and queues
Leading other developers to implement the solution vision and design
Qualifications:

years expert experience in Java EE programming skills and object-oriented design experience, including strong knowledge of core Java libraries and design patterns. Knowledge of Java persistence layers, like Hibernate, iBATIS etc.
Development, design, and implementation experience with parallel / distributed middle-tier technologies, like in-memory data grids (JBoss Data Grid, GemFire, GridGain, etc.), queues (MQSeries, JMS, RabbitMQ etc.)
Intimate knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration patterns
Experience with large-scale production systems (i.e. horizontal scalability, vertical scalability with high availability) to optimize architecture and implementation across all layers of architecture.
Knowledge of Amazon SaaS and PaaS services for hosting cloud-based applications
Expert in web application architecture and building web services
The best candidates will also possess knowledge of relational databases and big data technologies like Hadoop and Netezza.
