ANGARAI International is seeking an experienced Excutive Assisitant for the CEO at our Greenbelt, Maryland Headquarters.
1. prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
2. file and retrieve documents and reference materials
3. conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
4. manage and maintain President's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
5. Prepare president's expense reports and timesheets
6. arrange and coordinate meetings and events
7. record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
8. monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
9. answer and manage incoming calls
10. receive and interact with incoming visitors
11. interact with external clients
12. co-ordinate project-based work
13. review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary (ABOK)
14. Maintain of office activities such as supplies, schedule maintenance repair
15. Maintain Angarai International Online Presence by updating the external website, intranet, email broadcasts, newsletter, yearly calendar, periodicals, and electronic campaigns. Develop and create new methods of delivery for news and other information pertaining to Angarai.
16. Plan, create, organize and supervise every element of a special events, tradeshows, corporate events, complex meetings, awards presentation and trainings. Prepare materials, select venue, arrange for necessary speaking aids, book hotel and travel arrangements, as needed. Act as liaison to vendors.
17. Prioritize and manage special projects insuring completion in timely manner. Such as launching hard copy or email campaigns.
18. Prepare reports, financial data, file records, or retrieve corporate documents both electronic and hard form.
19. Provide administrative support to Executive Management, such as travel and meeting arrangements, client interaction. Perform various tasks surrounding media relations such as answering inquiries and maintaining media contact lists.
20. Prepare media announcements, press releases. Research and schedule President/CEO for opportunities to speak on the radio on television.
21. Record minutes of meetings. Prepares and distributes copies of meeting minutes to all members so that accurate records are kept of all meetings.
22. Research and schedule President/CEO to participate in community service, such as speaking at local high school, colleges, community centers and other locations to provide Angarai with exposure.
23. Through marketing efforts obtain leads for business development.
24. Maintain Go Green, Awards, Welcome to new employees, and Get Fit Club programs.
25. Develop and coordinate multimedia packages--letters, brochures, and video.
26. Create and develop powerpoint presentations for the Executive Management
27. Other assigned tasks as needed.
Minimum of three (3) years experience as an executive assistant.
High school diploma, Bachlor's degree preferred.
Able to handle a high-paced environment.
Experience working with high-level clients.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
