Sales Consultant
ROSS Companies has an opportunity available for a goal oriented team player to work with an outstanding multi-family property management team in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
We are seeking a sales person with a passion for customer service to maximize apartment occupancy through the leasing of available apartments while conforming to established rent structures and/or existing rent promotions. Ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and a proven sales record. Previous property management industry experience preferred.
Some candidates for this position may not possess all of the above-mentioned qualifications and will be considered for employment based on background and experience.
