CRC is currently seeking a Software Specialist to join our team. The Software Specialist will work out of the corporate office providing property management software support to all of the site users at CRC as well as internally. This role will answer questions, resolve problems, and support the software users in all capacities. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President. Day to day property management software support (Yardi Voyager / RENTCafe)
Manage software update / upgrade process
Train staff on CRC policies and procedures
Troubleshoot software issues
Implement new software products and roll outs
Other projects as assigned by management
Ongoing support of software programs including revenue management & screening

Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in the real estate industry with Yardi software
Complete understanding of current software programs (Yardi, LRO, RENTCafe)
Strong knowledge of real estate concepts and principles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Office

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
