Our two divisions - Community Realty Company and CRC Commercial - specialize in multi-family residential communities and commercial properties, respectively.
CRC is currently seeking a Software Specialist to join our team. The Software Specialist will work out of the corporate office providing property management software support to all of the site users at CRC as well as internally. This role will answer questions, resolve problems, and support the software users in all capacities. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President. Responsibilities:
Day to day property management software support (Yardi Voyager / RENTCafe)
Manage software update / upgrade process
Train staff on CRC policies and procedures
Troubleshoot software issues
Implement new software products and roll outs
Other projects as assigned by management
Ongoing support of software programs including revenue management & screening
Desired Skills &
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in the real estate industry with Yardi software
Complete understanding of current software programs (Yardi, LRO, RENTCafe)
Strong knowledge of real estate concepts and principles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office
