The selected individual(s) must have the ability to handle the increase of team generated leads consisting of :
Pre-Foreclosures
REO Listings
Short Sales
Estate Sales
Lease Option Purchases
Off market sellers/investors transactions
Agent must be familiar with nontraditional and private funding transactions. Experience preferred but not necessary. Must be goal-oriented, attention to detail, and self motivated
