Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11), which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-12:
Specialized experience includes experience in employee and labor relations, with oversight by a senior specialist, to provide advisory services to managers and employees on matters related to human resources policies and practices that effect disciplinary actions involving conduct and performance and experience in negotiation preparations, and in applying regulatory guidance and laws in resolving grievances, appeals, and/or other federal employee/labor relations cases.Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-12), which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-13:
Specialized experience includes experience in employee and labor relations, providing advisory services to managers and employees on matters related to human resources policies, practices and procedures that effect disciplinary actions involving conduct and performance and experience applying regulatory guidance and laws in resolving grievances, appeals, and/or other Federal employee/labor relations cases.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
