Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-12:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) includes experience with applicable financial program policies, and procedures; principles and objectives of budget formulation and execution; operations, functions, and objectives of various financial analysis components and programs; creating, defending, managing and executing budgets for various programs and projects; reviewing programs, operations, systems, and activities covering many different and unrelated processes and functions; and operation of financial software systems such as SAP. To qualify for the GS-13:
