You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-7) which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify for the GS-9:
Experience providing financial or resource reports by utilizing data sources to identify financial and resource needs.Experience assisting with long-term business plans based on financial health and analyzes trends to understand upcoming issues and challenges.Experience assisting with financial or resource assessments while executing solutions to financial or resource issues OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-9) which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-11:
Experience assisting in the development of financial or resource assessments while executing solutions to financial or resource issues.Experience maintaining an integrated financial management system, including at least budgeting, accounting, and managerial-financial reporting, which will furnish timely data that are used in the direction, evaluation, and control of operations at the various levels of managementOR applicants may substitute the following education for the specialized experience requirements:
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Applicants may qualify based on a combination of the experience and education requirements described above.You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11) which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-12:
Experience serving as a technical liaison between the Contractor and the Contracting Officer by monitoring the Contractor's performance and delivery of the final products and/or services under the contract.Experience reviewing and evaluating the Contractor's progress related to expenditures, and recommends approval/disapproval for payment as appropriate. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
