In addition to the basic education requirement, applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-14:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-13) includes (1) Providing technical input to plans for assurance of extensible and scalable Ground Systems; (2) Advising on design, implementation, and qualification of Antenna Systems/Communication Links, Ground Networks, and Data Processing Subsystems; and (3) Assisting in the evaluation of Ground System change requests, problem reports, and system failures for impact to safety, reliability, and performance requirements.To qualify for the GS-15:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-14) includes (1) Providing technical expertise and leading efforts to define assurance requirements for extensible and scalable Ground Systems; (2) Providing technical expertise and leading efforts to evaluate the design, implementation, and qualification of Antenna Systems/Communication Links, Ground Networks, and Data Processing Subsystems; and (3) Providing technical expertise and leading efforts to evaluate of Ground System change requests, problem reports, and system failures for impact to safety, reliability, and performance requirements.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
