Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-11:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) includes experience supporting the operation and maintenance of analog and digital circuits, computer systems, subsystems and components; in the use of a wide variety of types and models of electronic equipment and systems.To qualify for the GS-12:
Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) includes experience in the operation and maintenance of analog and digital circuits, computer systems, subsystems and components; in the preparation and use of technical documentation, schematic diagrams, equipment operation and service manuals, test plans and procedures, and the like; and skill in the evaluation, compilation, and presentation of data.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
